将来、立派な“先生”になるには、理論・理屈だけ学んでもダメ。実際に子供達の中に入って、その実際を体験しないと、立派な先生になるために大切な“感覚”は養えない。 子供達との実際のやりとり（「呼吸」）がつかめない。 私達イングリッシュ・ナウが今までに体験してきたことを、この将来の立派な先生達の為に少しでも多く解放しようと思いました。 「理論・理屈」等は色々な書物にて学んで頂くことにして、現場第一主義で、私達の思いをお伝えしようと思っています。 この研修生制度は、“無費用・無報酬”のGIVE&TAKE制度です。スクールの現場にてお手伝いをして頂きます。そして学んで頂きます。 試験等はございません。面接のみにて研修生として資格がおありになるかを判断させて頂きます。まずは郵送にて履歴書をお送り下さい。こちらから面接等のご連絡をさせて頂きます。スクールのお手伝いは週１回から可能です。 （「GIVE&TAKE研修生制度」とタイトルを付けて下さい） ご連絡： jinji@en-now.com |

If you are a friendly, energetic, creative person, and you have a keen interest in teaching English to children, we will be happy to keep your resume on file and to contact you when there is a vacant position at one of our schools.
Our students range in age from around 1 to 10 years and our teachers (working together as a team) are responsible for groups of up to 12 younger children in the mornings, and up to 20 older children in the afternoons. Towards the end of the day, the classes break down into smaller groups and each teacher becomes responsible for his/her own group of 5-6 students. The curriculum is set but there is, of course, some preparation work as the teachers are responsible for creating short lesson plans a few times a month. Our schools are warm and friendly and, through the use of arts and crafts, stories, rhythm training exercises and hands on activities, students learn in an extremely fun and positive way.
